Today I'm going to show you our mid-2020 conference.It's a tradition in our company, we will hold a meeting in the middle of every year. Review the results of the first half of the year, plan the second half of the plan.
We went to Qiandao Lake for a three-day mid-year conference last week. First day, we held our meeting in a B&B, everyone reviewed and summarized their performance in the first half of the year, of course, we also have a positive plan for the second half of the year.
Second day, we carried out league building activities: cycling, rowing and camping. It was an unforgettable experience. We cycled around the island to enjoy the beauty of Qiandao Lake, even if it is hot. Kayaking exercises our ability to work together as a team. And camping, it's hot and rainy, but we got over it. We have a BBQ and play games outdoors, it's a different experience. Exercised our perseverance and the ability to bear hardships. It will be good for our future life and daily work. Do anything must be unremittingly hard-working, willing to endure hardship. I believe our team will get better and better. Fighting!
